At this unprecedented time of change it is important to look after your emotional health and wellbeing and support children who might be worried or finding it difficult to cope.  Please read the following letter sent by the London Borough of Hounslow for information and guidance on supporting yourself and your family. You may be finding it hard to explain what is happening in the world right now and why we need to be more vigilant with our hygiene. This is a child friendly video that might help you explain to your child and ease any worries or anxiety that they might have.
